Take a fingerprint from a loved one & have it made into a unique contemporary piece of keepsake jewellery.

A unique keepsake item of jewellery using fingerprints taken directly from a loved one.

Unlike other sites offering fingerprint jewellery, I use acid etching to transfer your fingerprint directly to silver. The result is a more contemporary & abstracted feel than other pieces you may have seen on the market.

I will ask you to provide me with your fingerprints either via email or post. You will need to make these prints in the traditional way, using an ink pad & some paper. If possible, please provide a wide range of prints so that the clearest can be selected for use in your jewellery.


The next step is to take your prints and manipulate them using Photoshop.  I will enhance the contrast & enlarge the image to abstract the print - using just a section from it in the final piece of jewellery. 

This gives a finished item of jewellery with huge sentimental value & a modern discreet design, without looking too obvious as a fingerprint.

You can also combine the etched fingerprint elements with beads, set stones or other materials.  Your individual requirements will be discussed with you before your commission commences.

Pricing for this service starts at a minimum of £50.00.  Each piece is quoted on an individual basis once a design has been agreed, as metal & gemstone prices fluctuate constantly.  This way I can work to current pricing, meaning both you & I get the best deal possible!
